Katie Coates, Regional Director
We are always looking for different areas and avenues to work. Our candidates are at the very core of our business. Key areas for us are Sandwell and North Birmingham with specific emphasis on the special education needs (SEN) across the region. We look to act as a partner to our schools and often get involved in their fund-raising events.

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank New Directions for being such a great agency and for their assistance in helping me gain my confidence back and find me work. The staff at New Directions are always polite, friendly and willing to help they always call me to see my availability and are constantly actively working on my behalf to find me work in local schools.
I have recommended New Directions to quite a few people as they are a great agency who are keen to get candidates out to work. I have been with the agency since February 2012, and have only had about five days where I haven't been given work. The majority of my work from New Directions has been long-term positions, and all consultants go that extra mile to help me out. A big thank you to all at New Directions you really do a fantastic job!
