Our Latest Testimonial
I have been registered with New Directions for almost 2 years. My Account Manager was very friendly when I met her and I soon got my clearance to work. I am an N.N.E.B. so I thought I’d like to do supply work in a school, when work was slow my Account Manager asked me to be an Exam Invigilator. It was a complete shock to my system but her enthusiasm and encouragement that day meant I did my first week at Shirelands school. I have happily gone back to the school many times since. She does regularly check that things are running smoothly with the placement to and I am always expected at the school. My Account Manager phones me well in advance of the dates and emails to confirm my times as they vary so much. I am paid fairly, for supply work. The team are very good at sending my timesheets and payslips and that is all very quick, it’s nice being paid weekly.
