New Directions Pharmacy is a professional recruitment provider to the pharmaceutical sector. Established in 2003, our team of consultants work to match candidates with clients to provide short and long-term cover throughout the whole of the UK.

Compliance

New Directions has a dedicated fully trained in-house compliance team who ensure that all of our candidates have the relevant qualifications and checks to work within the pharmaceutical sector.
We have a rigorous online registration process that all candidates MUST complete in order to be considered for work via New Directions. For the protection of both our candidates and clients we have a series of mandatory documents that our Compliance team must review before a candidate can be made active for work.

Geographical Cover

New Directions Pharmacy provides a recruitment service pan UK. Working to provide supply cover in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland our team have a database of over 5,000 candidates registered for work.

The business set-up means that each Account Manager holds responsibility for a dedicated geographical area. This means that you will always deal with the same Account Manager for all of your bookings. By providing a friendly, reliable service our team aims to create sustainable long-term relationships for locums, pharmacists, dispensers, technicians and clients from within the sector.
