Job Description

If you have a background in asbestos management this is a fantastic opportunity be part of the team who have a major works programme over the next six years within a forward thinking housing association.

Your duties would include:

  • Developing and maintaining asbestos management systems & register.
  • Developing and maintaining an on-line database and web based communication tool.
  • Project managing asbestos contracts.
  • Advising on design feasibility.

Ideally you will have the following:

  • A good understanding of asbestos guidelines.
  • A good understanding of construction health & safety procedures and CDM regs.
  • Suitable asbestos qualifications.
  • NEBOSH / NVQ3 Health & Safety
