Job Description

Working for a housing association, this is a 5 month contract with a specific requirement to turn around existing rent arrears and to minimise future rent arrears.

Ideally you will come from a social housing background, but experience of the private rented sector would also be considered.

If you have knowledge of tenancy agreements & housing benefits, this would be a great help.

Driving license and access to a vehicle is desirable.

An immediate start is available for the right candidate.
