Job Description

A well respected housing association, which is hugely focused on it's residents & communities, has a requirement for a Neighbourhood Housing Manager on an interim contract for a period of six months.

 Reporting to the area manager you will have responsibilities for housing officers & sheltered scheme managers and your team will be required to deliver an effective neighbourhood housing service across your specific geographical patch.

 As a housing manager you will be required to manage the team's efficient delivery of issues including but not limited to: rent arrears; debt recovery; ASB; managing empty homes & void turnarounds.

Experience & Skills:

• Housing management
• Managing People
• Project management
• Team work
• Working with assertivenes and also sensitivity when the situation requires
• Policy work
• Computer literate
• Ideally with a formal housing qualification

Driving licence & own vehicle would be ideal.
