Job Description

Working for a housing association you will be responsible for co-ordinating all site activity on the refurbishment project of a block of flats.

With a minimum qualification of HNC in building your days to day duties would include, but not limited to, project planning; managing contractors & consultancies; site H&S; customer / resident liaison.

You will ideally have experience of acting as a "client" project co-ordinator on refurbishment projects

This position is part time only. 20 hours per week. Based in Aberystwyth. The contract will run for up to 12 months.
