Summary of Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Pharmacy department.
As an experienced Account manager, you will make a positive impact quickly and will act as a role model to less experienced members of the team

Main Responsibilities:
- Building positive working relationships with all new client contacts within your regions to ensure maximum productivity
- Maintaining strong relationships with your candidates through regular contact, ensuring you are their preferred supplier from locum and/or permanent work
- Through well established and strong relationships already built, you will maintain and look to increase current business levels with designated regions, in-line with your fixed targets
- Contact with clients and candidates by email and telephone and document all contact on RDB
- To contact all new candidates as soon they are fully compliant to obtain availability and start offering work suitable to their specific needs. Sell or USP’s from day one
- Ensure all client staffing requests are communicated to candidates immediately by using relevant regional mailers
- Promote candidates use of the on-lone availability tool on our website
- Promote New Directions within the Pharmacy Sector and the wider business sector
- Provide reports to clients and candidates as and when required
- Liaise and discuss issues with other team members
- Assist team to ensure all emergency ‘on the day’ bookings are communicated to candidates immediately using mailers, regardless of shift location
- Provide an out of hours on call service. This is run on a weekly rotational basis and is shared between Team Leaders
- Meet daily outgoing call targets consistently
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly financial targets set by the National Sales Manager which will contribute to the overall productivity of the department. Regular reviews of targets will take place and will be monitored by Team Leader and NSM
- Ensure participation in company meetings and events as and when required
- Deal with general queries/calls ensuring appropriate team member is notified
- To adhere to GPhC (General Pharmaceutical Council) legislation and policies when booking in locums
- Demonstrate the skills to maximise existing business, while developing new business
