Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity within our Commercial Department for an Online DBS Sales Consultant. This is an exciting role with huge potential for growth and to earn uncapped commission.

As an Online DBS Sales Consultant you will be reporting directly to the Vetting Sales and Compliance Manager and will be responsible for growing revenue for the business in online DBS sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing business via sales calls, email marketing
  • Converting leads into sales and being proactive with following up leads
  • Upsell additional services to existing clients
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with new and existing clients
  • Market research and analysis to identify areas of growth
  • Any other duties as determined by the requirements of the Company at any particular time.

Experience/attributes required

  • Previous sales experience
  • Numerate and skilled in verbal and written communications
  • IT literate with a good working knowledge of both Excel and Word
  • Experience or capability of working in a demanding environment
  • High levels of self-motivation, confidence and ability to gain rapport with clients
  • Full understating of business development activities using different resource including social media
  • Results driven, motivated and enthusiastic
  • Strong Team Player
