An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Recruitment Consultant to join our new office in Gwynedd.
The branch would be covering an area in which New Directions Education already has established business that we are looking to build upon across North West Wales.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Management of schools with designated areas, keeping in regular contact via phone, email and visits to ascertain their requirements for supply.
- Recruiting candidates according to compliance guidelines.
- Ensuring an excellent service is being offered to both our schools and candidates.
- Networking and attending conferences with the view to expanding your area of business.
- Updating our IT system and carrying out all administration tasks with accuracy.
Must have at least 1-year recruitment or sales experience and a proven background demonstrating ability to win new business and maintain relationships. Other specifications include:

- Ability to work well on own or part of a team

- 25 days holiday, increasing to 27 after 2 years’ service, plus the opportunity to buy up to ten more.
