Due to the success of the department, we are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our Cardiff Education office.

This role offers a chance to be a part of our ‘Sales Support Hub’, a dedicated centre of excellence for candidate registration and compliance procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

·Meeting and greeting candidates and carrying out registrations.

·Chasing and obtaining references, DBS information and eligibility to work.

·Entering and updating information on our candidate databases.

·Working closely with the Sales team to ensure a good flow of candidates into bookings.

Person specification

·Ability to remain calm under pressure.

·Methodical approach to work.

·Excellent IT skills.

·Experience in a busy administration role.

·Knowledge of the Education sector would be an advantage.
