Summary of Role:

We have an exciting new opportunity for anyone aged between 16-18 years old to join our Care & Support Company as a Trainee Administrator based in Crosshands, Carmarthenshire.

We’re looking for someone who likes interacting with people, learning new things and can support the team with administrative duties, allowing them to continue to provide the highest levels of care to our Service users. There is the opportunity to get involved in recruitment for the branch, which will involve attending recruitment events in the local area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the department
  • Deal with general queries/walk in enquiries with a warm and friendly greeting
  • To help update information on databases in line with GDPR
  • Helps to provide support to the team for the invoicing and payroll process
  • Always delivers a high level of customer service
  • Assists in updating service user and staff information to ensure accuracy
  • Supports the team to ensure that the quality assurance and compliance processes are adhered to at all times
  • Ensure confidential documentation is stored and processed in line with GDPR
  • To assist in the recruitment process, by reviewing CV’s
  • To assist in the scheduling of interviews
  • Attending Recruitment events, representing ND Care & Support
  • Assisting the ND Care & Support team to deliver the highest level of service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • To work within the policies and procedures of ND Care & Support
  • Any other duties deemed appropriate by company
