Job Summary

A great opportunity for an 18th Edition Electrician, preferable who has specialised in the water industry, to join a world class water technology company, based in the UK, operating across many continents. Who manage and clean up industrial wastewater, help protect our planet and provide safe drinking water in challenging environments. This is a permanent role, based on site in Carmarthenshire.

Job Description

  • Installing, maintaining, modifying and repairing all electrical systems
  • Ensuring that electrical systems adhere to the national electrical safety standards and regulations
  • Supervising ongoing electrical system installations and providing technical expertise to installation teams where needed
  • Using blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturer’s installation manuals to complete projects
  • Completing work orders and recording materials that are used on the job
  • Identifying electrical problems and repairing them
  • Conducting general electrical systems maintenance and troubleshooting electrical issues with testing equipment

Experience

  • Must be 18th edition qualified
  • Working in Water Industry or Oil & gas Environment desired but not required
