We are currently recruiting an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Client’s Corporate team in Cardiff.

The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support to a busy Corporate team.

The role will involve secretarial duties with an emphasis on audio typing via the digital dictation system. Tasks will include processing corporate forms (e.g. Companies House, Inland Revenue), producing letters, emails and other correspondence, assisting with billing and handling client and third party enquiries.

Candidates must possess previous relevant experience. Accurate typing skills, document management skills and the ability to use a digital dictation system are essential. We are seeking someone who has a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, with the ability to use their own initiative and work within tight deadlines.

The nature of Corporate work requires that there is a degree of flexibility with respect to working hours and a commitment to working additional hours as necessary is required.
