Well, it is hard to say. It is hard to think about it when there is so much to say. Summer means, no school, no homework, and no schedule! You can sleep in, go to the beach and pool, and just have plain fun! All you really do in summer is play with your friends in the hot sun!!!!!

I am going to spend my summer holiday in Ireland when we leave on August 17th. I really hope that this summer will be warm and sunny, not rainy. I will spend my time doing many things without working of course!

We have booked to go on an all-inclusive 2 week holiday to the Maldives but before we get on the plane, I am planning on looking at lesson plans, coming up with new fun and interesting ideas to engage the children and marking some papers – no rest for the wicked!

I plan on doing something that I have been putting off for a very long time – building a study in our house. With the majority of my time at home spent on marking, I need somewhere quiet and focussed which is away from any distractions. However, there will still be time for my daily fix of the soaps on TV!
