A School Library Going Places…

A school in North Wales has worked to raise funds to buy a double decker bus which will be used as a mobile library.

Bodnant Community School in Prestatyn have called on the charitable nature their staff, parents and pupils to raise funds to be able to purchase a double decker bus which will be converted into a library.

A spokesperson from the school said ‘Everyone has worked hard towards getting the bus finished and it looks amazing inside. The final product is just awaiting seat covers which one of our school governors is making’.

Sarah Baker, who works for New Directions Education visited the school to catch a glimpse of the project in creation. Sarah said of the project ‘It’s a great idea which should free up space for the school. I look forward to visiting the school in the coming weeks to see the final product’.
