New Directions are delighted to be working with excellent school based in Carmarthen. This will be a long term placement for the right candidate and experience working 1-2-1 is a must have for this role.
You must have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant within a Secondary School environment. And ideally (but not essential) experience working with children with SEN.

work inside or outside the classroom with individuals or groups
adapt support according to needs
look after children’s physical, social and emotional welfare
create a stimulating environment
give information and help to teachers
keep records and attend review meetings

Ideally experience working in an ALN environment or from a care background
