We anticipate a high demand for supply teachers and are therefore recruiting high levels of staff.
We are seeking flexible and dedicated ALN primary teachers to cover across Merthyr Tydfil in a variety of specialist schools for children with additional learning needs.
We are currently supporting a range of ALN schools including pupil referral units, autistic specialist schools and profound and multiple learning difficulty schools. All schools have a great support network and teachers will have teaching assistant support in the class.
Experience in working with any ALN condition is beneficial and requested by most schools. However, if you are seeking to start a career in ALN schools training can be provided and most schools are open to new teachers.
A large number of our jobs are within the ALN sector. We fill many vacancies in schools with candidates who have the right experience and qualifications.

Ideally experience working in an ALN environment or from a care background
An excellent track record
