New Directions Education are currently looking to recruit qualified teachers to work in primary schools ready for when schools re-open. We understand this is an uncertain time; we can begin the registration process now in order to ensure that you are out to work as soon as possible. We have moved our registration process to an online system to ensure there is no risk.
New Directions Education are working with lots of ALN schools across RCT to help them cover sickness, planning preparation assessment (PPA) and course cover with our excellent supply staff. We require flexible, enthusiastic ALN teachers that are dedicated to improving standards and providing a safe and nurturing environment for learners.
Our schools require teachers that can act as a role model for ALN pupils and have a very good knowledge of working with additional needs. Teachers that are willing to go the extra mile to build relationships with staff, parents and children are desirable. Team work skills and a positive attitude are essential for all staff. Teachers will be expected to teach in both key stage 1 and 2 but preferences are not a problem as we cater to each individuals’ needs.
ALN schools in the RCT area are friendly, community driven and for the best teaching staff opportunities are regularly available for long term work.
