New Directions Education are working along side schools in the St Helens area to recruit Admin staff to work in a number of schools across the St Helens area.
We have a huge demand for administrators to do full and part time hours across St Helens.
Ideally the candidates will have Simms Knowledge it is preferred but not always necessary depending on school and the role.
Due to the high demand for Admin staff at the moment this could suit somebody looking for a long term post with the possibility of a full time contract or somebody that maybe is retired or a working parent that wants part time hours or day to day supply.
We recruit a wide variety of School Office Staff roles, including school secretaries, receptionists, administrators, and school clerks.
Duties are varied and may include the following:
School Office Staff must be well organised as well as having excellent verbal and written communication skills. They must also be able to work well under pressure and be able to prioritise tasks.
Candidates will ideally have previous experience working within a school office. Working knowledge of SIMS system is advantageous.
Schools will expect all school support staff to have a good standard of education, some previous office work experience and ideally previous experience working within an educational setting.
