Job Description

Mae New Directions Addysg yn chwilio am gynorthwywyr addysgu i weithio mewn ysgolion gyfrwng Gymraeg yn Sir Y Fflint.

Fel y cyflenwr dewisol ar gyfer staff addysgol yn yr ardal Sir Y Fflint, gallwn gynnig nifer o brofiadau dros dro mewn ysgolion cynradd ac uwchradd.

Bydd yr ymgeisydd delfrydol yn hyblyg gydia’i oriau gwaith, yn gyfeillgar a gyda’r awydd i wneud gwahaniaeth tuag at ddatblygiad academaidd disgyblion.

Er bod cymhwyster o fewn y byd addysg yn ddelfrydol, nid yw hyn yn hanfodol. Fodd bynnag, mae angen profiadau o weithio gyda phlant.
