Design/Food Technology Teacher Liverpool ASAP £31,650 – £49,084 (PAYE – No Umbrella Company)
This outstanding Secondary School based in Liverpool are looking for a progressive and supportive design technology teacher to join their team. This will be a long term role starting in ASAP through until the end of the academic year. We are looking for a strong and enthusiastic DT teacher who can deliver inspiring lessons across KS3, KS4, also teaching some Food Technology also. As a Design Technology Teacher you’ll be expected to:
Hold a PGCE and UK QTS
Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges.
Maintain discipline.
Lesson Planning and overseeing parents evenings
Be enthusiastic, flexible, creative and ambitious
Have a passion for teaching secondary Design technology
To deliver religious education lessons to groups of pupils from all abilities across ages 11 – 18 according to their educational needs and levels of ability.
The Successful Design Technology Teacher must have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience Of Teaching Design Technology
Knowledge of the National Curriculum
Able to provide Referees.
An up-to-date DBS Check (or be willing to obtain one)
Eligibility to work in the UK.
