An opportunity has arisen for a Lecturer within the ESOL department in a leading college in South Wales. This will be on a part-time temporary basis, starting September 2019.
You will be required to plan, prepare and assess all levels, ranging from pre-entry to level 3. You will be based at the ESOL campus in the City Centre, but may be required to travel to other ESOL hubs within the city.
You must have a TESOL/ESOL or CELTA qualification or equivalent in the relevant subject and also have teaching (placement) experience in your subject. A teaching qualification is desirable, but not essential for this role.

Teach all areas of the school curriculum or your subject specialism
Organise the classroom and learning resources to create a positive teaching environment
Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for all student ability ranges

Meet requirements for the assessment and recording of students’ development
Coordinate activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum, supporting colleagues in the delivery of this specialist area
