New Directions Education is looking for a motivated and reliable Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Manchester , working across all Key Stages. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dedicated team and help pupils achieve their full potential.

The Role:
Supporting teaching staff in planning and delivering lessons in all year groups
Working with pupils one-to-one, in small groups, and within the classroom
Assisting in delivering engaging and inclusive learning activities (Phonics is an advantage)
Supporting pupils in all areas, academically, socially and emotionally (SEN an advantage)
Helping manage classroom behaviour and promoting positive interactions
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (Teaching and Learning)
Has experience working in a primary school setting in all Key Stages
Willing to complete an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service
Can provide references, including most recent employer
Enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about supporting children’s learning
