Job Description

New Directions Education is currently recruiting a Foundation Phase specialist to work with one of their busiest clients. Soley placed in the Nursery class, the ideal candidate must be caring, calm, have a good sense of humour and be able to interact confidently with staff, pupils and parents alike. With a creative mindset, the successful candidate will need to have the ability to think on their feet, deliver stimulating classroom displays that will motivate pupils to learn and think independently. You will naturally want to support every pupil in their learning, making them feel included, secure and valued and be able to feedback any improvements, developments and assessments to the Classteacher.

The school is based in the north of Cardiff, close to a train station, bus route and near to the A470, M4. Although there is no staff car park, there is ample road parking as the school is located in a residential area.

If you are interested in the role and you think you would be an asset to our team please contact us immediately.
