HLTA full-time (5 days) Post 16 boys (behaviour support)

New Directions are looking for a HLTA with secondary experience ideally in an independent setting.

We are looking for someone who has supported across a variety of subjects – English, Maths, Science, Humanities.

The school we are working with caters for 6 students who live within a care home. The school caters for secondary post-16 boys – the school are requiring someone with relevant experience but due to the nature, someone who can build rapport and has strong behaviour management skills.
