Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons to KS1 pupils
Maintain continuity of learning during teacher absences

Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
Requirements:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are highly encouraged to apply
Passion for supporting Key Stage 1 pupils in their formative years
Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
Positive, flexible attitude and a proactive approach to cover teaching
