Job Description

New Directions Education are seeking to recruit an experienced and confident Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a Key stage 4 pupil with Cerebral Palsy within the wider Bridgend area.

Job Specification

The chosen candidate will be required to work between the hours of 10 am and 2pm aiding the pupil within the school setting. It will be required to support the pupil academically and socially, providing personal care where necessary.

School based or care experience is a must, along with a drive and passion for education and working with young people.
