New Directions are proudly working with a specialist Additional Learning Needs School based in Brecon who boast a supportive and lively staff base in a modern facility. The School support pupils over a Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4 age range, there is also so limited post 16 learning.

The school are constantly seeking LSA’s to join them who are caring, empathetic and adaptable to change. No day is ever the same; one day you might be swimming with pupils and the next creating resources for use within the class. The School are seeking creative individuals with previous ALN experience to join their pool of LSA’s.
Given the nature of the post, there will be group work and one to one work assigned to you at School. As you will be working with pupils with Additional Learning Needs, you will be expected to take the lead and manage behaviour that may be a challenge.
