Are you a compassionate and experienced Learning Support Assistant with a background in handling challenging behaviours? A school in Bromborough is seeking a dedicated LSA to work on a supply basis, providing one-to-one support for a student in Year 1.
Start Date: September – Ongoing
Role: Full-time, one-to-one support for a student in Year 1
Requirements:
– Proven experience in supporting students with challenging behaviours
– Ability to remain calm under pressure and implement effective behaviour management strategies
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
– Providing individualised support to the assigned student
– Implementing behaviour management techniques and interventions
– Building positive relationships with the student and promoting a positive learning environment
– Collaborating with teachers and SENCO to ensure consistent support
