Due to the increasing number of requests for Learning Support Assistants across the whole of South East Wales, we are seeking specialists to support the requirements and needs of our customers.
We are looking for candidates who have experience of working with pupils with additional learning needs in either a school setting or support/ care worker environment. You will be required to work with pupils who have emotional and behavioural difficulties as well as physical/medical difficulties.
If you have a real passion for seeing a child progress through their learning journey, have a flexible approach to learning then this job is for you.
We are looking for candidates that are available Monday – Friday, ongoing and for 5 days per week. The hours required to work are 8.30am – 3.30pm and we offer a competitive rate of pay within this specialist field.
A large number of our jobs are within the ALN sector. We fill many vacancies in schools with candidates who have the right experience and qualifications.
To work in an Additional Learning Needs (ALN) role you will need:
Ideally experience working in an ALN environment or from a care background
An excellent track record
Flexibility and adaptability to work short-term and long-term.

Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Multi-Sensory Impairment (MSI)
Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
Profound and Moderate Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Severe Learning Difficulties
Physical Disabilities (PD).
