Job Description

New Directions are currently recruiting for a Level 3 qualified Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil with Additional Learning Needs on a one to one basis. The pupil in question will require constant supervision and support as they can demonstrate quite challenging behaviour.

The successful candidate will have the ability to build a rapport with young people in order to aid the pupil to successfully engage.

The pupil attends a school in the Vale of Glamorgan area, it’s comprised of two buildings; and has parking available if you will be travelling by car. If you will be using public transport, it’s easily accessible via public transport.
