Supply teaching offers a fantastic opportunity to network with local schools and manage your own diary. Your dedicated Account Manager will get to know your requirements, and pro-actively endeavour to find work in schools that fit your ethos. New Directions have built excellent relationships with schools in Runcorn and Widnes, and are looking for committed, reliable and enthusiastic teachers to support them with staff absences. Supply requests are often ad-hoc and in line with school requirements. Short-term placements can often lead to medium- and long-term placements, and supply teaching is a great way to build positive working relationships with schools in your area.
New Directions offer advice, webinars, and information that will aid completing your NQT portfolio on supply. You will have a dedicated NQT consultant to support you with your journey. New Directions also offer free training to support your continuous professional development.
