New Directions Education are looking to increase their bank or Nursery Nurse / Assistants to work within a variety of nurseries across the Flintshire area.
The Nursery Nurse will assume overall responsibility to promote high quality provision for babies and children, between the ages of 6 weeks and 5 years, working as part of a team to ensure a safe, stimulating environment for each individual child fulfilling legal and statutory requirements. The Nursery Nurse will be acting as a Key Carer for a group of children providing a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care, implementing daily routines and liaising with parents and carers on a regular basis.
