New Directions Education are currently seeking teachers for a primary school within Swansea. We would like to register teachers who would be interested in covering a Year 3 Class on a part time, supply basis. This position is to start as soon as possible and is currently on an ongoing basis. As this school is able to offer part time hours, we will be able to provide you with additional work in various schools if this is of something of interest to you.
We welcome applicants who:
Have gained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC);
Are able to work closely with the other class teacher and teaching assistants;
Can confidently liaise with staff, pupils and parents and undertake additional duties when required;
Are either Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT’s) or experienced classroom practitioners.
The school has great transport links and an easy access car park. They seek applicants with a friendly and enthusiastic approach and will be able to fit into their team easily. Applicants will also need a flexible attitude to hours as the timetable may change but with notice. Any extra skills or experience of delivering extra-curricular activities/clubs would also be a great advantage. Due to the current climate we are able to complete the whole registration process over the telephone and via video call.
