New Directions are looking to appoint a Lecturer in Plumbing and Heating (Gas). This will be a full time role based in the City Centre Campus, starting in September 2019.
You will be expected to plan, deliver and assess Plumbing and Heating (Gas) courses up to level 3, with the possibility of acting as a mentor to your students.
You will have a level 3 qualification in Mechanical Services (eg NVQ in Plumbing/Gas or equivalent) and have relevant industrial experience. A teaching qualification is desirable, or you will be willing to obtain one, and must have relevant teaching experience.
A valid DBS on the update service and EWC registration is essential.
