About the Role:
The school is seeking a committed and enthusiastic teacher to take full responsibility for their Year 6 class. With SATs preparation ahead, the ideal candidate will be confident in delivering high-quality teaching, supporting pupil progress, and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
– Preparing pupils for end-of-year assessments
– Tracking and monitoring pupil progress
– Maintaining strong classroom management
– Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
– Working collaboratively as part of the KS2 team
We’re Looking For:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Strong experience in Upper KS2, ideally Year 6
– Confident delivering curriculum content leading up to SATs
– A proactive, reliable and enthusiastic approach
– Someone ready to fully immerse themselves in school life
