New Directions Education are excited to be working alongside some of the largest and smallest Primary schools in the Caerphilly County area and on their behalf, we are recruiting Key Stage 2 teachers to support schools with their staffing needs on a short-term day to day cover and also covering long term absence.
Supply teaching is a very rewarding and flexible role. We provide our teachers with an opportunity to network in schools local to them, and have the autonomy to pick the days you work. Your dedicated account manager will pro-actively find you work in schools that suit your ethos.

We are consistently looking to improve our service to the schools and provide valuable training for both the staff and children. We recently held the World’s Largest British Sign Language Lesson, which seen us beating a World Record. In addition to this, we host regular Webinars and onsite training for our school staff. Key Stage 2 children will also benefit from free lessons on British Sign Language and First Aid.
