We are seeking creative, innovative and highly motivated Business/Public Services lecturer, for a leading Further Education College in Merseyside. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our journey of massive improvements. Pace and a trajectory of improvement are our unwavering expectations.
This is a temporary full time role to cover sickness Monday – Friday starting ASAP
The suitable lecturer will teach public services to level 3.
To apply for this role you will have a recognised teaching qualification, be qualified to at least level 3 in a public services related subject and have the relevant teaching experience.

As a Lecturer you’ll be expected to:
Teach all areas of the College Scheme of Work or your subject specialism
Plan, prepare and teach lectures that cater for all student abilities and ranges
Maintain a firm but fair approach to classroom management
Meet requirements for the assessment and recording of students’ development
Instil teamwork, motivation and inspiration to students, developing a learner-focused curriculum and the ability to continually improve their learning experience
Stay current with changes and developments in college schemes of work.
