New Directions Education are looking to appoint an experienced School Administrator, to provide temporary support to primary schools in Cardiff.
Due to the nature of temporary roles, the successful candidate will be flexible, reliable, and willing to work in different schools in the area, covering long and short-term temporary absences such as sickness and maternity. The positions available will be full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 4pm.
Our clients are seeking hardworking, reliable, and professional individuals with previous school office experience and excellent knowledge of the School Information Management System (SIMS). Previous experience managing school finances will also be beneficial. School administrators are responsible for overseeing the daily running of the busy school office and must be confident working independently.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced school administrator to join us and take on flexible work in the area, whilst providing integral office support to local schools.

We recruit a wide variety of School Office Staff roles, including school secretaries, receptionists, administrators, and school clerks.
Duties are varied and may include the following:
School Office Staff must be well organised as well as having excellent verbal and written communication skills. They must also be able to work well under pressure and be able to prioritise tasks.
Candidates will ideally have previous experience working within a school office. Working knowledge of SIMS system is advantageous.
Schools will expect all school support staff to have a good standard of education, some previous office work experience and ideally previous experience working within an educational setting.
