New Directions Education are recruiting for a motivated and highly organised School Administrator to work on a relief basis within primary and secondary schools across Denbighshire.
New Directions Education will offer short-term and long-term temporary positions, with the possibility of these positions becoming permanent if the school require.
Successful applicants will be friendly, organised and professional and have a background working in a school office with an excellent knowledge of the School Information Management System (SIMS).
Alternatively, applicants must have a wealth of previous admin experience. They will be adaptable, a quick learner and will have the skills to manage their time and workload in a fast paced, busy school office.
The working hours will be in school term time and usually between 8am and 4:30pm depending on the schools individual requirements.
We recruit a wide variety of School Office Staff roles, including school secretaries, receptionists, administrators, and school clerks.
Duties are varied and may include the following:
School Office Staff must be well organised as well as having excellent verbal and written communication skills. They must also be able to work well under pressure and be able to prioritise tasks.
Candidates will ideally have previous experience working within a school office. Working knowledge of SIMS system is advantageous.
Schools will expect all school support staff to have a good standard of education, some previous office work experience and ideally previous experience working within an educational setting.
