New Directions are looking for an experienced Welsh Secondary School Teacher to work in a Secondary School in the heart of Pembrokeshire.
In this picturesque setting, you will need to have a varied approach to teaching Welsh with a confident classroom manner. You will be dedicated to promoting equality in an inclusive environment, always engaging and meeting every child’s individual needs.
There is free parking on site, with access to staff room and a school support network.
You will have a dedicated Account Manager who will alongside you, to support your placements and be available for any questions you may have. New Directions also offers an extensive range of training opportunities, tailored to expand your skill base and support your professional growth.
We welcome applicants who:
Are a Qualified Teacher or in the process of gaining Qualified Teacher Status (QTS);
Are registered with the Education Workforce Council;
Are able to create and deliver a range of learning experiences suitable for the age group, which meet the objectives of Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 requirements;
Will utilise all aspects of the School from interactive technology in a classroom to outside activities as part of a varied and diverse learning environment;
Are able to work closely with fellow staff members and can confidently liaise with staff, pupils and parents;
Would enjoy the flexibility and variation that supply work offers whilst being able to accept placements on short notice;
