SEND Teaching Assistant / Behaviour Specialist
Do you have experience supporting children / young adults with additional needs and / or challenging behaviour?
Have you made a positive impact or been a role model to someone with SEMH and behavioural difficulties?
Are you Team-Teach trained or prepared to complete a behaviour management course? and are keen to support pupils either on a 1:1 or small group basis within a specialist SEND school

Following a recent meeting with a number of our client school Head teachers, New Directions are looking for Learning Support / Behaviour Mentors to work with a number of pupils with additional needs who are currently disengaged in their learning.
The school would like to appoint behaviour / SEMH intervention support and is looking to recruit up to 3 full-time members of staff to raise attainment with disadvantaged pupils.
