Job Description

We are hiring sports coaches to take part in a variety of roles within secondary schools. This may vary from, PE lessons, training school sports teams or even working within classrooms.

Sports coaches are equipped with the skills necessary to manage classrooms due to their inherent likability and experience working in a supervisory manner. Children tend to find it easy to relate to those from a sporting background and we find they tend to develop an instant camaraderie with the students.

If you have any experience coaching sports then you are ready to work within a school dynamic, in instances where you are covering lessons outside of your comfort zone you are not expected to have any curriculum knowledge, you are simply the adult in charge, the coach, the manager and the ref.

People from sporting backgrounds often find full time placements within schools due to their extracurricular prowess and ability to manage behaviour. This could be the start of a brand new career, or an additional source of income to your primary employment.

We will offer TRAINING FREE OF CHARGE to help up skill you as a member of our team, supporting your development through our CPD training. This includes a variety of educational courses as well as the likes of First Aid and Team Teach.

You can choose your own working days, fitting your working life around the schedule that best suits you. This makes this role perfect for those with prior obligations or commitments.
