Student Support Assistant
Liverpool
Full-Time
(PAYE – No Umbrella Company)

New Directions are recruiting for a Student Support Assistant for one their partnership schools based in Liverpool. This is a long term position due to start as soon as possible, working hours are 8am – 4pm. The school was awarded a “Good” rating with “Outstanding” features, highlighting its commitment to providing a high-quality learning environment. A key factor contributing to this success is the strong and visionary leadership of the senior management team, which has been instrumental in driving continuous improvement across the school.

As A Student Support Assistant:

• Support students who are overwhelmed in the classroom
• Chaperoning students to and from the classroom
• Contact to parents
• Work alongside class teachers providing additional support
• General administrative responsibilities
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

Essential:

• Have a positive and ambitious attitude to learning.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the student
• Able to support children of all abilities.
• To support the teacher and assisting with classroom duties
• An Enhanced DBS Check on the Update service or willing to apply for a new DBS.

£425 – £475 Weekly Pay.
