Job Description

New Directions Education are currently recruiting Key Stage 2 teachers (Year 3 – Year 6) to work within Primary schools across the Caerphilly Borough. The schools you will be covering are friendly and welcoming and go above and beyond to make your day as comfortable as possible. We are recruiting, on their behalf, teachers to work on daily supply and long term cover. Daily cover allows you have the autonomy to work as much or as little as you like as we will work around your diary in addition to the fact you will get to experience a range of schools. Long term cover is also beneficial as you will know where you are week on week, get to know the children and have that true sense of belonging.

New Directions is committed to your learning and development and offer a variety of courses which are accredited and a certified. We also offer essential on-site training such as Team Teach, First Aid and British Sign Language provided by well recognized professionals.

As an NQT, you will also have a dedicated NQT consultant in addition to your Account Manager, who can answer all of your questions during your induction year. We also hold Webinars/Seminars for your support with guest speakers who are leaders in the industry.
