Job Description

We are looking for Teaching Assistants to work within amazing primary schools in the Merthyr area on a fulltime basis.

We are looking for reliable and responsible individuals, who are passionate about working with children to help them strive and make their school experience a fun and safe environment by giving them the tools to reach their full potential.

Your responsibilities will be to support the teacher in delivering lessons and activities in a safe and engaging manner, assisting in the preparation of lessons plans and learning resources and encouraging positive behaviour and supporting the teacher with classroom management.

To be considered as a viable candidate, we require you to obtain the following job requirements:

• 3 months minimum experience working with children
• Child based qualification
• Transferable skills, including having experience working in social care, coaching or nursing.
