We are currently helping a primary school based in Warrington find an experienced and enthusiastic teaching assistant to join their wonderful team. This is a fantastic school that pride themselves on maintaining good results and provided excellent resources for their pupils.
What do you need for this role?
This school are looking for someone who will be flexible to work in mixed year groups ranging from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2. As a qualified teaching assistant, you will be skilled in working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and feel comfortable working in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 (KS1 & KS2). You will also need to be outgoing and be someone who can bring the best out of pupils in their learning development. You will also need to be able to work well alongside classroom teachers in providing vital support, as this will be a key part of your role.
