Students are encouraged to develop their learning through a hands-on approach. The support that the staff in this school gives to the children, allows its students to achieve their maximum potential and gives them a smooth transition from primary to secondary school.
Your role as a Teaching Assistant may involve working on a 1:1 basis or supporting small groups of children with their learning. You will also help the teacher with any jobs they may need assistance with, such as setting up the classroom for the next lesson.
