New Directions Liverpool are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant for a large, two-form entry primary school in Ainsdale. If successful, you will be required to support the class teacher in providing fun, engaging, and structured learning to the children. The school is rated “GOOD” and is over subscribed every year.

Responsibilities of the role included but are not limited to:

• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to build strong relationships with students and staff.
• Be encouraging and supportive.
• Have a positive attitude towards teaching and aiding childrens development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the student.

Job Specification

• Have experience in Early years foundation stage (EYFS)
• Have experience working with children in an education setting or similar
• Able to support children of all abilities.
• Have a positive and ambitious attitude to learning.
