New Direction Education have a vacancy for a teaching assistant at a well respected Primary School in Chester working with a year 3 child with challenging behaviour.
This fantastic school uses a range of innovative teaching methods to help their students make the most of their educational experience. They have excellent resources and is popular with many of our staff who have gone there.
The role starts immediately and is five days a week. The position is general in-class support – you must have a calm demeanour and resilient nature.
Experience of working with children with challenging behaviour is essential. You must have training and experience using Team Teach techniques and your certificate must be from the last two years.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced SEND teaching assistant trained in Team Teach and who has worked with children with challenging behaviour.
